  3. Emergency Contact details for patients: This emergency contact information can be accessed without login if the member’s relative is aware of the SelfCare ID number of this member.
  4. Daily vitals details like Blood pressure, Pulse rate, Respiratory Rate, and Temperature can be added on a daily basis or when required.,
  5. Medical Documents can be updated, doctors can be added, and appointments is taken and displayed on the dashboard.
